Our design services begin by developing an accurate custom conceptual plan and preliminary design sketches that fits your personal tastes and lifestyle of the areas you are interested in developing. After we go over the plan together to determine whether all of your needs have been met, we modify the concepts to produce a master plan. Then, we produce Auto CAD drawings, 3D designs, and computer generated images that show you how your property will look when the project is completed.
FINAL PLAN: Make necessary upgrades, changes, additions and improvements and draw a final master plan. Depending on the specific project additional detail plan documents might be needed as: Grading Plan, Clearing Plan, Agronomist Plan, Drainage Plan, Irrigation Plan, Lighting Plan, Outdoor Structure Plan, Outdoor Kitchen Plan.

LEGAL PROFESSIONAL DRAWINGS PLANS
Either engineering drawings or landscape architect legal plans may be signed and sealed by some of our associated or partner members who are fully registered and are licensed professional. These plans are valid for permitting, construction and landscaping for your new landscape.
We believe that landscape design is as much a creative process as a scientific and technical one. It is the unique choice and placement of harmonious shapes, colors, forms, and textures within the setting that yield a successful landscape environment. The design of the whole property will be unified and work together to create great outdoor spaces. There is no substitute for good planning. Price is calculated by the scope and size of your project and estimated design hours.
